If the you’re unhappy with your purchase, fear not! You have 30 days to return your item/s, providing the item/s haven’t been used or damaged. You must pay for the return shipping costs, which will be refunded in full once we’ve received your undamaged/unused item.

Damaged goods: If you receive item/s which have been damaged during transit, please clearly document the damage/s as received and forward to Lock for review and processing.
